Never work before breakfast; if you have to work before breakfast, eat your breakfast first.

Why would I want to hire a personal chef?
How much work do I have to do before sitting down to eat?
How much food do you prepare at one time?
Why would I want to hire a personal
chef?
In today’s hectic paced world it can be difficult to find the time to
take care of your basic needs. Having a nutritious and well prepared dinner
should sit high on that list. Not having the time or inclination to shop,
prepare, and clean up the mess is becoming more and more the norm in our busy
lifestyles. A personal chef gives you back that piece of your day without
you needing to spend the time in the market or the kitchen.
Where is the cooking done?
All the cooking is accomplished in your kitchen on a predetermined cook day.
The chef will shop for the food in the morning and will bring it to your home
with all the necessary equipment to prepare the menu that you had previously
approved. The chef will leave your kitchen in the same condition he found
it. The only thing you will notice is a refrigerator and or freezer full of
food and the pleasant aroma of homemade cooking.
How much work do I have to do
before sitting down to eat?
You can do as little as heat up the entrée in the microwave according
to the supplied instructions to as much as actually cooking the fully assembled
preparation. The decision is ultimately yours.
How much food do you prepare
at one time?
The service is generally between 12 and 20 main dishes plus accompanying side
dishes. For example, that could be 4 portions each of three different entrees
or 4 portions each of five different entrees. The number of people and the
frequency of how often you will be eating at home will determine the ultimate
use of this service.
